Power of Attorney
Consulate does not prescribe any specific format for Power of Attorney (PoA) and could be as per applicant’s requirements either on plain paper or Indian Stamp Paper (Consulate does not provide Stamp Papers).

Documents Required:

  1. Application form : Annexure-A
  2. Request letter of Applicant
  3. Passport copy of person who own the property
  4. Passport copy of person who is getting Power of Attorney
  5. Copy of Ministry of external affairs attested certificate
  6. Copy of Original Document
